Get Involved

Audition for NC Central's renowned Sound Machine Band. Take a bowling break in the Underground, the A. E. Student Union’s popular rec center. Join a fraternity, sorority, or one of dozens of student-run clubs. Volunteer at the LGBTA Resource Center—the second at an HBCU in the nation. And find your way to give back: Every student at NC Central commits 15 hours a semester to community impact projects. There are numerous ways to get involved.

Stay Safe at NCCU

Campus safety is embedded into campus life at NC Central. Stay Safe is a resource for all members of our campus community to find pertinent information for reporting a crime or safety concern, accessing the university’s safety policies and procedure, obtaining information about student support services and gaining access to other important campus safety information and resources.

Eagle Pride!

NC Central University’s athletics programs enjoy regular regional and national recognition. Plus, our athletes give as much in the community as on the field, topping the NCAA Division I in community service hours!

Hollan Strepay

My passion for equity and justice flourished when I entered NCCU. Student success has always been at the top of my priorities, and my involvement in student government allows me to have a platform to address students' struggles.
