North Carolina Central University will extend Condition 2 (Suspended Operations) of the Adverse Weather and Emergency Event Policy through 11:59 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23. The university is closely monitoring conditions on and around campus, as well as potential impacts from Duke Energy and other service providers. If necessary, Condition 2 may be extended.

Essential Needs Around Campus

Campus Pantry, Miller Morgan 204C (10 a.m.- 4 p.m. M-F)

This location offers general grocery items like peanut butter, vegetables (both canned and fresh), rice, eggs, and bread. Availability may vary.

  • Transitions Satellite Pantry: L.T. Walker Complex, First Floor (Pop-up Hours, Posted on IG)
  • Nursing School Pantry: School of Nursing, 1311 (Designated for Nursing Students)

These locations offer the following items, subject to availability. (Toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, soap or body wash, deodorant, moisturizer, feminine hygiene products.
