Building the Future of Legal Leaders: Legal Eagle Law Camp Returns in 2027

Thank you for your continued interest in the NCCU School of Law Legal Eagle Law Camp. Over the past several years, the program has experienced tremendous growth in participation and community support. We are grateful to the families, students, and community partners who have helped make the camp such a meaningful and impactful experience.

After careful consideration with law school leadership, the Legal Eagle Law Camp will be postponed until Summer 2027. During this time, the program will undergo a thoughtful review and strategic restructuring to strengthen its curriculum, enhance programming, and expand its reach to serve a broader group of students.

As part of this planning process, we are also exploring opportunities to partner with NCCU’s University Pre-College Access Programs (formerly Upward Bound) to further expand access to legal education and highlight talented students who may not otherwise have exposure to the legal profession.

This intentional pause will allow us to return with an even stronger and more dynamic program that continues NCCU School of Law’s commitment to cultivating a pipeline of future legal professionals. We appreciate your patience and continued support as we work to build the next chapter of Legal Eagle Law Camp.
