NCCU Transportation operates the Eagle Express On-Demand/Off-Campus Shuttle during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Its service hours are as follows:
- Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–11:59 p.m. (The final departure to campus from any off-campus location is 9 p.m.)
- Saturday: 12 p.m.–5 p.m.
All rides must be reserved through the PassioGo app.
The Eagle Express Shuttle provides transportation for students traveling to approved off-campus housing and verified internship sites located within seven (7) miles of NCCU’s campus in the 27707 ZIP code. Internship transportation requests must be verified in writing and submitted on official NCCU letterhead.
Please be advised that the Eagle Express does not operate during Summer I, Summer II, or Winter sessions, on holidays, or when the University is closed.

As an additional transportation resource, NCCU Transportation has partnered with GoTriangle to provide fare-free access to public transportation for NCCU students, faculty, and staff through the GoTriangle GoPass program. Commuters interested in using this service may contact NCCU Transportation to obtain their GoPass.
