HRIS supports the technical and informational needs of Human Resources (HR), Employment, Classification & Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Employee Training and HR Management functions. Some examples of HR systems are Banner HR, PeopleAdmin, EVERFI, OutSolve, HR DataMart.
HRIS provides functional support and troubleshooting for HR Team core users of the systems, to include, Employment, Classification and Compensation, Benefits, Salary Administration, Payroll, Employee Relations, Employee Training and HR Management. We provide internal and external reporting of university employee information configuration of the system to support the needs of the HR Teams. Salary Administration is responsible for employee information data entry in Banner HR.
