• Enrollment and Registration
  • Assisting with course selection and registration.
  • Managing add/drop and withdrawal processes.
  • Verifying prerequisites and co-requisites for courses.
• Academic Records
  • Maintaining accurate academic records.
  • Issuing enrollment verifications.
  • Handling grade submissions and changes. 
• Graduation
  • Processing graduation applications.
  • Conducting degree audits to ensure all requirements are met.
• Exams and Scheduling
  • Managing exam schedules and accommodations.
  • Administering exams and handling conflicts or rescheduling.
  • Publishing course schedules and academic calendars. 
• Academic Advising
  • Providing guidance on academic policies and procedures. 
  • Advising on course selections, degree requirements and academic standings.
  • Offering support for academic planning and progress. 
• Compliance and Certification
  • Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. 
  • Certifying student enrollment for bar exams and other professional requirements.

Order Transcripts

• For an official copy of your transcript, you can request transcripts through the university’s transcript request system. Choose electronic or mailed delivery options (www.nccu.edu/registrar).
• For an unofficial copy of your transcript, please contact the Law Registrar’s Office to print an unofficial copy. Please send your request by email. 
• For Letters of Good Standing and Dean Certificates, please do the following:
  • Submit the required Verification Form Survey. NCCU School of Law can use this form to request the following official documents: Enrollment Verifications, Letters of Standing, Dean's Certifications, and Character and Fitness Forms. After you have completed the form, please allow the Law Registrar's Office up to 3 business days for processing. If this is time-sensitive, please let us know in the final question of the form.
