Technology Law and Policy Center (TLPC)

Technology Law and Policy Center

In 2021, in partnership with Intel Corporation, NCCU School of Law was awarded a five-million-dollar, five-year grant that provided for the creation of the NCCU Technology Law and Policy Center (TLPC). The TLPC is committed to fostering innovation, advancing critical conversations, and preparing our students to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

The TLPC’s mission is to train tech-conscious lawyers to enhance legal practice and access to justice, develop a broad range of tech law experts to meet evolving client needs, and engage in policy discussions to promote just technology laws, regulations, and practices.
