The public-private partnership replaces 417 existing beds and adds 823 new beds to the NCCU Housing and Residential Life on-campus portfolio, which will be managed via a shared governance structure between the Project's owner and the University. Alton Avenue Apartments and George Street Residence Hall were completed in October of 2020. Lawson Avenue Apartments will be completed in Fall 2021.
