The Institute for Homeland Security and Emergency Management (IHSEM) subject-matter experts (SMEs) possess extensive education, training, and practical experience across a broad spectrum of public safety disciplines. Their areas of expertise include law enforcement, homeland security, emergency management, corrections, and related fields. This breadth of knowledge enables them to provide informed guidance, develop effective strategies, and support comprehensive approaches to public safety, security challenges and community resilience.
