The University Events Office (UEO) is responsible for centralized operational coordination and support of all events on the campus of North Carolina Central University (NCCU).
The University Events Office (UEO) works collaboratively with student organizations, faculty, staff, alumni and community members to foster the development of amazing experiences (activities and events). Our goal is to provide a transformative experience, whether it is with a student group, conference, private event or celebration.
The NCCU Student Center (NSC) at North Carolina Central University is designed with a focus on student success. The facility has a modern open-concept layout designed to encourage intentional and passive engagement. As students flow through the facility, they will find an array of open spaces that allow them to informally interact with each other and engage with staff who will help them identify more opportunities to get involved with campus activities. In addition, this facility also is equipped to host community engagement opportunities such as weddings, reunions, community meetings, political events and celebrations.
NCCU Student Center Rental Rates
For more information on booking the NCCU Student Center or Alfonso Elder Student Union, you must submit a “Facility Reservation Request Form” to the University Events Office. In order to begin a reservation process or be scheduled for a consultation, this form must be completed at least 14 business days in advance for most events and at least 30 business days in advance for major events of 100 attendees or more. Please allow 3 business days for a reply from the University Events Office Manager after the submittal.
To secure your event within the NCCU Student Center or Alfonso Elder Student Union, you must submit your request for reservations via FACES in your myEOL portal. Upon submission, you will be contacted for more information on your pending approval and fees that may apply. Please find the link below:
