Visitor and Vendor Parking Permits
Effective August 1, 2026, North Carolina Central University will implement updated visitor and vendor parking rates.
A valid NCCU parking permit, active ParkMobile session, or approved event parking authorization is required for vehicles parked on university property. Failure to properly display a permit, maintain an active paid parking session, or comply with posted parking signage may result in parking charges, immobilization, towing, and/or loss of campus parking privileges.
Parking permits are the property of NCCU Police - Parking Services. Permits may not be sold, given away, transferred, borrowed, or used by anyone other than the permit holder or approved department/vendor. The permit holder or registered vehicle owner is responsible for all parking violations associated with the permit or vehicle.
Vehicles displaying a permit must be properly registered with NCCU Parking Services. All drivers are responsible for reviewing and following NCCU parking regulations, posted signage, and applicable North Carolina laws for motor vehicle operation.
Visitors and guests may visit the NCCU Parking Portal to enter vehicle information and purchase a daily visitor permit. As a secondary option, visitors and guests may also visit the NCCU Cashier’s Office to complete payment. After payment is made at the Cashier’s Office, the receipt and vehicle tag information should be brought to the Parking Services Office to receive the appropriate permit.
The Cashier’s Office is located on the bottom floor of the Shepard Administration Building. The Parking Services Office is located on the ground floor of Eagle Landing Residence Hall. Both offices are generally open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding University holidays and announced closures.
