The First Destination Outcomes Survey provides valuable insight into the educational and career pathways of North Carolina Central University graduates following degree completion. The survey captures information related to employment, continuing education, military service, service programs, and other post-graduation activities within months of graduation.
These results reflect NCCU’s commitment to student success and demonstrate how graduates apply their knowledge, skills, and experiences beyond the classroom. The data support institutional effectiveness, accreditation, strategic planning, and continuous improvement efforts across the University.
The findings also help prospective students, families, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders better understand graduate outcomes and the impact of an NCCU education. Survey results are reported in aggregate form to protect the confidentiality of individual respondents.

The Graduating Senior Survey dashboard provides insight on exiting graduating seniors' overall satisfaction on the following: faculty contributions to their educational experience, academic and non-academic support services, knowledge, skills and development, and educational experiences. The survey results can be used to assist campus partners in evaluating student success outcomes.
