Jazz Studies Student Combos: Vocal Jazz Combo and Jazz Ensemble 2

Kick off Jazz Week with an intimate evening featuring emerging voices and developing ensembles. This performance highlights the next generation of NCCU Jazz talent, blending vocal harmony with instrumental creativity in a close-up setting.

Experience small group jazz at its finest. NCCU’s combos bring improvisation, individuality, and experimentation to the stage, offering a dynamic and personal take on the jazz tradition.

Jazz Week Finale: Vocal Jazz and Big Band Homecoming Concert

Fresh off their Carnegie Hall performance, NCCU’s Vocal Jazz Ensemble and Big Band return home for a powerful night of Eagle Jazz. Joined by alumni, this homecoming concert celebrates the legacy, excellence, and future of NCCU Jazz.

Thursday, April 23. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
