As we prepare for the Fall 2025 semester, we are aware that some students have encountered discrepancies on their student bills related to charges for room, board, and mailbox services. These charges may have been duplicated, and we are currently reviewing all accounts to correct any inaccuracies. Accurate billing is very important, and we are working diligently to make sure that your account information reflects the most current and accurate charges.
Considering this situation, we would like to provide the following important update:
New Cancellation Date for Fall 2025 Classes
The original deadline for financial clearance, scheduled for Monday, August 4, 2025, has been extended to Friday, August 8, 2025. This extension will provide additional time for students and their families to review and resolve any issues with their student accounts. We encourage all students to regularly check their accounts to verify that charges are accurate and that all necessary steps are completed to achieve financial clearance before the new cancellation date.
