NCCU alumni know the importance of not only giving their time and talents but also their treasure.

This financial generosity extends to members of the NCCU College of Arts, Sciences and Humanities Advisory Board, who are making sure the Eagle Promise lives on for all students studying within the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities.

The members’ donations will become a part of the university’s permanently endowed academic scholarships, reaching the benchmark $25,000 level this year.

“The College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities Advisory Board is committed to making a difference for students, including providing essential contributions to students in need,” said Barbara Redmon, ‘88, board chair.

Twenty-five individuals made contributions to the scholarship and established the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities Advisory Board Endowed Scholarship in June 2017.
