Personal pronouns and/or gender identification can be designated in Banner. Personal pronouns are words we use in place of your name. It is optional to put your personal pronouns in Banner. NCCU currently does not display gender identification on any system or documents, but this feature may be used for creating more inclusive programming and reporting purposes.
Future plans may include having personal pronouns displayed to NCCU faculty and staff on other documents to nurture a more inclusive learning environment.
