Deadline to Sign-up for Expunction Clinic by Law School's Criminal Defense Clinic
The School of Law's Criminal Defense Clinic is taking sign-ups for its Expunction Clinic.
The Criminal Defense Legal Interns, under the supervision of Attorney Gonder-Stanley, will offer limited, one-on-one sessions on March 30 and April 1 to educate and advise applicants on how to file any available expunction or certificates of relief for their criminal record.
Each applicant must meet the financial eligibility requirements and expunction screening requirements to receive an appointment. If your case is accepted, an appointment will allow you to receive individualized forms (if any) and advice to help you file for any available expunctions or certificates of relief on your own. The Expunction Clinic is not designed to provide ongoing legal representation in court.
