Nicole Hodges serves in Strategic Communications at North Carolina Central University (NCCU), supporting both the School of Graduate Studies and the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Research (IAIER). She currently holds the roles of Public Communication Specialist for the NCCU Graduate School and Communications Lead for IAIER, where she oversees storytelling, branding, and communications strategy across platforms.
A creative strategist and storyteller at heart, Nicole leads media relations, digital content, visual storytelling, and brand development efforts that elevate institutional narratives and amplify impact. Her work spans written, visual, and multimedia storytelling, translating complex ideas into compelling, accessible content for diverse audiences.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fayetteville State University and brings a strong blend of creativity, strategy, and execution to her work, helping departments communicate with clarity, purpose, and authenticity.
