Rajeev Kumar
Dr. Rajeev Kumar is currently serving as an adjunct instructor at North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina, United States. He is also a post-doctoral researcher under the guidance of Prof. Fei Yan. He previously held research positions at the University of Ulsan, Ulsan, South Korea, and CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Chennai, India.
He earned his Ph.D. from IISc Bengaluru and has published 89 papers with over 3,320 citations (h-index 39, i10 index-61), filed two patents, and received numerous accolades, including Best Oral Presentation at KCS Summer Joint Symposium (Jeju) 2023. His expertise areas include electrocatalysis, electrochemical sensing, energy storage, photocatalysis, magnetism, nonlinear optics, microwave absorption, synthesis of advanced 2D transition metal dichalcogenides, and ceramic and carbon-based nanomaterials.
