Frantzley Moise
Mr. Frantzley Moise serves as the campus and community coordinator of Inclusive Postsecondary Education (IPSE) at North Carolina Central University (NCCU), where he develops and strengthens campus and community partnerships that expand opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In this role, he collaborates with university departments and external stakeholders to promote leadership development, student engagement, and inclusive participation both on campus and throughout the community. He is committed to creating partnerships that enhance student success, foster belonging, and prepare students for life beyond the classroom.
Additionally, Mr. Moise is a higher education professional, learning and development specialist, and organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience advancing student success, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. His work spans K–12 education, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and corporate settings, where he has designed and led initiatives focused on coaching, instructional design, workforce development, and service excellence. Most recently, Mr. Moise served in several leadership and student success roles at Florida A&M University, including director of the Candidate Empowerment Center, college success coach, living-learning community liaison, and instructor. In these roles, he developed and implemented programs that enhanced academic achievement, student engagement, professional development, and institutional collaboration. In addition to his work in higher education, Mr. Moise is the founder and chief executive officer of the W Initiative, LLC, where he partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve employee engagement, and create meaningful learning experiences through training, coaching, and organizational development.
Mr. Moise earned a Master of Education in Leadership of Education Organizations from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Florida A&M University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Applied Learning Sciences at the University of Miami.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Moise enjoys mentoring emerging leaders, facilitating professional development, and supporting initiatives that inspire lifelong learning, leadership, and positive community impact.
