Eddie Alcorn, M.B.A., M.S.P.H., LCSW, has been an adjunct instructor in the Public Administration program since January 2017. He also holds adjunct faculty positions at UNC Chapel Hill and Wake Forest Baptist School of Medicine, teaching courses in healthcare statistics, financial management, and strategic planning.
He is a licensed clinical social worker with a practice focused on counseling for older adults. He previously worked as a social worker with the Caring for Older Adults and Caregivers at Home (COACH) Program at the Durham VA for six years and in strategic planning at UNC Health. He and his wife Sarah have been licensed foster parents in Orange County since 2020.
