Chloe C. Josefson is an assistant professor in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences department at NCCU. Her research lab integrates multiple levels of biological organization, from cellular to organismal, and asks questions using a range of model organisms to understand topics related to female reproduction and stress physiology.
She is most interested in the energetic trade-offs that shape and constrain physiology and female reproduction. Her work largely revolves around understanding how the environment impacts maternal physiology.
