If conditions change (e.g., rise in cases on campus), all non-essential events may be canceled or postponed in order to best “Protect the Nest.”
Campus Events and Gatherings
Internal NCCU Events
Currently, there are no restrictions on in-person meetings, gatherings or events that are sponsored by students, faculty or staff. All in attendance are expected to follow current NCCU COVID-19 guidance. No pre-approval or authorization is required to schedule these events.
External Sponsored Events
All persons wishing to utilize NCCU space for an event must complete and submit the External Customers Utilizing NCCU Spaces Form at least 20 days in advance of the event to allow for processing and planning.
At this time there are no masking or capacity limits nor are vaccination and testing required for external event participants.
