Join the Celebration

Join us on April 27, 2024, as we honor retiring North Carolina Central University Chancellor Dr. Johnson O. Akinleye and First Lady Juanita Akinleye.

The retirement gala, titled "A Salute from the Nest," will be held in the NCCU Student Center Event Hall. Cocktail hour will begin at 6 p.m. with the program starting promptly at 7. Formal attire is expected.

Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased below. No physical tickets will be distributed. Please visit the check-in desk upon arrival.

Payroll Deduction

NCCU employees may use the payroll deduction option and pay monthly installments. Please use the form below if you elect to use the payroll deduction option. After completing the form, you can bring it to the Advancement Services Office in Suite 29 on the lower level of the William Jones Building or email it to ([email protected]). Payments must be paid in full by June 30, 2024.
