Update: Due to unforseen circumstances, Jazzmeia Horn will not be teaching this master class. But we have great news! Seven-time GRAMMY nominee Ms. Nnenna Freelon will perform with her ensemble, including bassist John Brown, for us. The performance still includes NCCU's award-winning student ensembles, the NCCU Jazz Ensemble (directed by Robert Trowers) and the NCCU Vocal Jazz Ensemble (directed by Dr. Lenora Helm Hammonds).
