Haneef Eiermann

Haneef Eiermann is the Student Body President at North Carolina Central University (NCCU), having previously served as the university's 83rd Student Body Vice President. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. Guided by a passion for servant leadership, Haneef is dedicated to amplifying student voices, fostering meaningful campus engagement, and advancing initiatives that strengthen the student experience while creating lasting institutional impact.

Throughout his time at NCCU, Haneef has demonstrated a commitment to leadership, advocacy, and community building. As Student Body Vice President, he represented undergraduate students, collaborated with university leadership to influence campus policy, and led the operations of the Student Government Association Senate. Beyond student government, he serves as the co-founder and vice president of the Neighborhood at NCCU, where he has expanded membership, developed emerging student leaders, and partnered with campus organizations to increase volunteerism and community service. He has also served as a resident assistant, supporting the success and well-being of more than 100 residents while fostering an inclusive and engaged residential community.

Haneef's dedication to excellence extends beyond leadership through his recognition as a participant in the 2025 Thurgood Marshall College Fund Leadership Institute, Mister Crimson and Cream for the Alpha Lambda Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., former SGA Freshman Class President, and a three-time Dean's List honoree. Through every role he undertakes, Haneef champions student development, academic excellence, and professional growth. His leadership is rooted in integrity, inclusive excellence, and service, with a steadfast commitment to creating opportunities and ensuring that Eagles rise together with pride, purpose, and excellence.
