Housing Application
Freshmen who submit their completed application by June 30 are guaranteed housing. A freshman is any student who has 29 or fewer college/university credit hours from NCCU and who did not complete any college credit hours after graduating from high school at a college/university other than NCCU.

Freshmen may choose from the following residence halls:
- Eagleson
- McLean
- Richmond
- New Res II
- Rush
Freshmen who are members of a Living-Learning Community or student-athletes can be housed in New Res II, Rush, Annie Day or Ruffin.
