ITS Maintenance Schedule

Information Technology Services (ITS) works to keep NCCU’s technology systems secure, reliable, and available with as little disruption as possible. However, systems occasionally require maintenance, including security updates, software upgrades, performance improvements, and other essential work. Technology vendors and external service providers may also require scheduled maintenance to keep their systems secure, supported, and operating effectively.

Whenever possible, ITS coordinates maintenance with vendors and the campus community to minimize disruptions.

Maintenance dates and times are subject to change. Please check the calendar regularly for the latest information.

Planned ITS maintenance will be communicated through the university email and the NCCU ITS Maintenance Calendar. Some system issues cannot be anticipated. Emergency maintenance may therefore occur outside established maintenance windows and with limited advance notice.

ITS continually reviews its maintenance practices and available technologies to reduce downtime and minimize the impact on the NCCU community.
