Uyi Idahor is a passionate leader, creative strategist and advocate for women’s empowerment and entrepreneurial growth. A native of High Point, North Carolina, Idahor is a two-time graduate of North Carolina Central University, earning a B.A. in psychology with a minor in mass communications and a Master of Science in family and consumer sciences with a concentration in human development and family studies.
Professionally, Idahor serves as an engagement manager at Tricentis, a global software company, where she works in client relations, project coordination and strategic execution. Outside of her corporate role, she is the founder and CEO of Queen ReDefined, a motivational platform that empowers Black women to embrace their self-worth, and the co-founder of the Coco Drip, LLC, an event series that celebrates and connects Black women-owned businesses. Through her consulting brand, Uyi Idahor, LLC, she offers marketing, branding and business development support to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Idahor is known for her authenticity, community-building spirit and innovation. With more than a decade of experience in education, leadership development and program design, she leads with purpose, faith and a deep commitment to helping others redefine success on their own terms.
