Tarnosha Tarneshia Burns is a native of Tar Heel, North Carolina, with deep roots along Chickenfoot Road. She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University (NCCU), where she earned a B.S. in Physical Education with a concentration in exercise science.
Burns serves as a certification specialist with the North Carolina Department of Administration’s Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB).
