Owner of ESB LLC and REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker
Ericka S. Black is a highly recognized and sought-after residential and commercial REALTOR®. She consistently ranks in the top 100 among agents within Coldwell Banker’s 30 Mid-Atlantic Region offices.
Ericka purchased her first home as a college student at North Carolina Central University. Using an aggressive saving strategy, she and her husband, Anthonio, invest in real estate to assist others with the high cost of living. She feels financially empowered by having real estate assets and wants others to experience that same liberation.
As a seasoned real estate professional, Ericka remains committed to earning the lasting trust and respect of her clients by delivering award-winning service with passion and dedication — and always with a smile! In 2019, she was appointed by Mayor Muriel Bowser to the District of Columbia Real Estate Commission, a body of elected members that regulates real estate licenses and protects consumers. Although she has earned numerous professional awards, her most appreciated reward is the confidence and trust of past clients who refer family and friends to her for similar results.
Outside of real estate, Ericka loves spending time with family and friends, singing at church, traveling, educating people about personal finance, and supporting local charities and organizations. Ericka’s primary residence is in the Northeast Corridor of Washington, DC.
