March 2, 2026Appeal submission deadline for consideration (2 weeks before Spring II courses start)
March 9, 2026Notification of academic appeal final decision

Pursuing Entry to Summer I/II or Fall 2026

February 7, 2026 Fall and Summer appeal form available
May 12, 2026Appeal submission for consideration to start Summer I (1 week before Summer I courses start)
May 15, 2026Notification of academic appeal final decision (Friday before Summer I courses start)
May 18, 2026Summer I courses start
June 18, 2026Appeal submission for consideration to start Summer II (1 week before Summer II courses start)
June 24, 2026Notification of academic appeal final decision (1 day before Summer II courses start)
June 25, 2026Summer II courses start
August 3, 2026Appeal submission for consideration to start Fall (1 week before Fall courses start)
August 7, 2026Notification of academic appeal final decision (Friday before Fall courses start)

Note: Students with a denied academic appeal should not move into the residence halls. Students with an appeal pending review from their academic unit should consult with the Office of Residence Life regarding move-in.
