
Dear Dining Hall/Deli/Café:
I recently visited Simply to Go to purchase a salad and found that there were no croutons. When I went to check out, I asked the lady at the register if they had any. She said they didn’t have any but then she volunteered to go to the cafeteria and get me some. What great service! Her name is Tiffany Braswell and she informed me that she is an intern. I left the Simply to Go pleased as I received excellent customer service.
