Waitlist Notification

Currently, on-campus housing has reached capacity.  Should a bed space become available, we will take the following steps to accommodate housing needs for undergraduate students on the waiting list:

1) Notify the first student on the waitlist via email. This student will have 24 hours to reply and accept.

2) If the student accepts the offer, they will be assigned to that bed space. If student declines, or does not respond within 24 hours, the next person on the waitlist will be contacted.

Please note the following:

1) Students on the waitlist may decline the bed space being offered, but maintain their current position on the waitlist.

2) The $150 Housing Administrative Fee will not be collected until you are offered a bed space; therefore, you would not be able to pay the $150 to skip the line. If our records indicate that you placed yourself on the waitlist during the Housing Waiver Period (March 20 for rising sophomores or March 21 for rising juniors/seniors), your fee will still be waived.

3)  Being on the waitlist does NOT guarantee housing, no matter your number on the waitlist.

If you are not contacted by the Department of Residential Life to offer you a bed space by the end of May 2017, we strongly encourage you to explore off-campus housing options.
