Logging into WEAVEonline:

Go to https://app.weaveonline.com/nccu/login.aspx. If you have forgotten your password, scroll down to the bottom of the login page and click onto Reset Password and enter your WEAVEonline ID (i.e., your NCCU email address without "@nccu.edu"). WEAVEonline will send you a temporary password to your NCCU email account. Use temporary password to create your new password. Once you are in the system, hover over the Assessment tab to view assessment entries (i.e., Mission, Goals, Outcomes, Measures, Findings/Results, Action Plan, and Annual/Special Reporting).
