Group Fitness

Serious about working out? Take a look at our current group fitness schedule. Bring a friend, and get in shape together!

Not sure what the classes are all about? No fear, we've broken it down for you:

  • AB LAB- This workout will tighten and strengthen that midsection and improve your balance.
  • AQUA-ROBICS- It's back! This water workout combines drills, kickboxing, and cardio.
  • AQUA ZUMBA(r) - Takes classic water aerobics and adds the special Latin flavor all have grown to love.
  • BOOT CAMP- This will work and challenge the whole body, either indoors or out-doors!
  • CARDIO BLAST- A variety of cardio formats rolled into one, a sure way to burn those pounds away.
  • CARDIOBOX- You will learn kickboxing technique in this high energy full body workout.
  • INSANITY (r) DVD- This fitness sensation will challenge you like never before and you will have fun beating the challenge as you shed those pounds away!
  • STEP & SCULPT- This provides cardio with step aerobics and toning with various weights.
  • STRICTLY STRENGTH- This workout will help strengthen and tighten those problem areas.
  • ULTIMATE CIRCUIT- A great mix of cardio and strength exercises in circuit format.
  • YOGA- Long day? Come relax with the calming fluidity of yoga.
  • ZUMBA(r) Fitness- Latin infused workout with a sure way to shed those pounds and have tons of fun!
