Balance, stability, core and dynamic movement. This class has it all while utilizing the Bosu ballt o complete different challenging functional exercises.

Aqua Zumba
Type: Strength
This class blends the Zumba basics along with water resistance exercises to tone and sculpt. This is one pool party you don’t want to miss!

Boot Camp 
Type: Cardio/Strength/Core
This challenging class provides a full body workout through different timed exercise. It combines cardio, core, and strength.

Cardio Dance Tease
Type: Cardio
Calling on anyone with a sensual side… Let yourself go and be you with this exotic dance workout!

Type: Strength/Flexibility
The best of both worlds. This mind body class provides the relaxation of Yoga along with the core essentials of Pilates. Unwind and release with this delightful blend.

Resistance Training Express
This sculpting class focuses on the principles of strength training to strengthen and shape the body. It incorporates resistance bands, free weights and more.
30 minutes

Please Note: 3 participants required for class; All participants must sign waiver. Bring a towel and water.
