Within NCCU’s division of Institutional Advancement, Alumni Relations serves to engage you, our 30,000 alumni and friends, with your university.  We are located in the Alumni House on campus, and we invite you to join us as ambassadors for the university.  Help us promote the benefits of attending NCCU to prospective students and enhance the positive public perception of our university in your varied communities.  In turn, we will develop, coordinate and foster programs to keep you informed about and involved in campus life and opportunities to enhance your legacy of “Truth and Service.”  We plan and implement special events, especially Homecoming, to help you stay connected to your academic home.

The Office of Alumni Relations treasures its collaboration with the National Alumni Association.  The Alumni Association is an independent body with a CEO, President Calvin Kearney, who reports to a council of alumni volunteers.  It is a separate 501(c)3 organization that charts its own course in planning and raising money for its activities.

We invite you to take full advantage of all of the many activities the Office of Alumni Relations and the National Alumni Association offer you to connect, engage and serve your university.
