Within NCCU’s Division of Institutional Advancement, Alumni Relations serves to engage you, our 30,000 alumni and friends, with your university. We are located in the Alumni House on campus, and we invite you to join us as ambassadors for the university. Help us promote the benefits of attending NCCU to prospective students and enhance the positive public perception of our university in your varied communities. In turn, we will develop, coordinate and foster programs to keep you informed about and involved in campus life, and provide you opportunities to enhance your legacy of “Truth and Service.” We plan and implement special events, especially Homecoming, to help you stay connected to your alma mater.
The Office of Alumni Relations collaborates closely with its affiliated entities, including the NCCU Alumni Association, Eagle Club and NCCU Foundation. The NCCU Alumni Association is overseen by a CEO, President Calvin Kearney, who reports to a council of alumni volunteers. It is a 501(c)3 organization that offers events and other initiatives that support the university.
We invite you to take full advantage of all of the many activities the Office of Alumni Relations and the NCCU Alumni Association offer you to connect, engage and serve your university.
