Board of Trustees

Welcome to the North Carolina Central University Board of Trustees website. The Board of Trustees serves as adviser to the Board of Governors and the Chancellor. These pages are intended to provide you with a direct connection to the Board's meeting schedule, agendas and minutes, current committee assignments, and contact information.

All Board meetings shall be held the fourth Wednesday of the meeting months, unless advance notice is given. Board meetings shall convene at 9:00 a.m. in the Emma Marable Conference Room, 110 William Jones Building. Committee meetings shall be held on the fourth Tuesday before the board meeting. All meetings shall be as scheduled, unless advance notice is given.
