Dear NCCU Community,

It is with profound sadness that I share with you that our beloved NCCU Board of Trustee Member and Alumnus Isaiah Tidwell, C’67, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2019. His passing is indeed a great loss for his family, the NCCU community and members of the Eagle alumni family.

Trustee Tidwell was more than an accomplished business executive, esteemed trustee and dedicated alumnus of North Carolina Central University; he was a friend and a person who loved and represented this institution with pride and distinction.
