Frequently Asked Questions
How do I calculate my GPA?

A=4

(x)

3 credit hours

=

12 quality points

B=3

(x)

3 credit hours

=

9    quality points

C=2

(x)

2 credit hours

=

4    quality points

D=1

(x)

1 credit hour

=

1    quality point

F=0

(x)

4 credit hours

=

0   quality points

Add up the Quality Points for all courses taken (e.g. 12+9+4+1+0=26).  Next, add the total credit hours attempted (e.g. 3+3+2+1+4=13).  Divide the Total Quality Points (26) by the total number of credit hours attempted (13), including any failed courses, to come up with your GPA:  (26/13=2.00)
