How Do I Install Programs From The Network?

   

Windows 7

 

  1. Click on the Start button.
     
  2. Click on Control Panel.
     
  3. Click on Programs and Features.
     
  4. Click on Install a program from the network.
     
  5. Select a program from the list, then click the Install button.

    Note: It may take a few minutes before a window pops up.
     
  6. Once the installation wizard appears click on Next.
     
  7. On the next installation page click on Install.
     
  8. When the last window appears click on Finish.
     
  9. Complete these same steps for all other installations.
     
    Note: If it asks "should you install this for this user or all users" please choose all users.
     

Windows 8

  1.     Bring up the Charms bar by moving your mouse to the top-right or bottom-left of your screen. Then click on Settings.
     
  2. Click on Control Panel.
     
  3. Click on Programs and Features.
     
  4. Click on Programs and Features.
     
  5. Click on Install a program from the network.
     
  6. Select a program from the list, then click the Install button.

    Note: It may take a few minutes before a window pops up.
     
  7. Once the installation wizard appears click on Next.
     
    Note: Each application may have a different screen or installation process.
     
  8. On the next installation page click on Install.
