How Do I Coordinate ITS Support for Special Events

The Event Support team is here to help with audio/visual support for your on-campus events.

If you would like to request equipment or an ITS Representative for a special event, please contact our Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) by calling 919-530-7676, or submitting a help request ticket via the web at https://helpdesk.nccu.edu

Note: Requests for equipment and/or personnel must be received within the following timeframe:

  • 7 business days prior to events occurring on weekdays.
  • 2 weeks prior to events occurring on weekends or after business hours (8-5).

All requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from the ITS Event Support Team.
