Can University Police Officers make arrest?
Yes. The police officers at North Carolina Central University are sworn law enforcement officers and are certified by the State of North Carolina. We enforce state laws, city ordinances and University polices. Officers are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
