RISE Fellowship Project Application


Requirements

- Deadline for receipt of all application materials is March 31, 2017.
- Application, transcripts and three letters of recommendation must also be submitted.
- After applications are reviewed, finalists will be required to participate in a telephone interview.
- Selected RISE Fellows are required to sign a contract. Failure to sign the contract and return it by the posted deadline (within 7 days of notification) will result in forfeiture of the RISE award.
