Blues for an Alabama Sky

Description: Blues for an Alabama Sky written by Pearl Cleage and directed by NCCU's Theatre Professor Kenneth Hinton ends the fall semester.  The drama, set in the 1930's renaissance, tells the story of Cotton Club artists', Angel and Guy, aspiration for success against the backdrop of the struggle for racial advancement. This presentation is a part of NCCU's Humanities and Arts Series. Shows run Nov. 8, 9, 15, 16 at 8pm and Nov. 10 & 17 at 3pm.
