29th Annual NCCU Jazz Festival

Description: Annual Week of Jazz Events, hosted by NCCU Jazz Studies. Featured guests include Nnenna Freelon, with opening act NCCU Vocal Jazz Ensemble on Friday, April 26th, and Guests Artists, saxophonists James Gates and Brian Miller as featured with the NCCU Jazz Ensemble on Saturday April 27th. Both concerts on at 8 pm. Free events include Latin Jazz artists from Aruba, Carlos Bislip and Friends on Wednesday, April 24th at 7 pm  and student Jazz Combos on Monday, April 22nd and Tuesday April 23rd. All concerts are in B.N. Duke Auditorium.  

When: Monday, April 22, 2019 at 7:00 PM - Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 11:00 PM
