Conference and Guest Services staff will be available to assist you from arrival to departure. The primary role of a conference staff member is to provide information and answer questions about the campus, residence halls, Durham and the surrounding area.
The Assistant Director for Conference and Guest Services is responsible for the overall management of summer conferences and guest housing. He/she is also responsible for leading department internships and assessment measures.
The Administrative Specialist oversees contracts and billing of conference services. He/she also works closely with the Assistant Director with coordinating reservations for conferences and guests.
Conference Hosts (CH) are student staff members who live within the residence halls over the summer and assist with needs of summer conference groups including conference preparation, check-in/out, preparing client materials and assisting with front desk operations.
