Circle of Sisters is a leadership development program uniquely designed for undergraduate college women.

The program supports the overall mission of the NCCU Women’s Center to promote the academic, personal and professional development of women students.  This semester-long experience is guided by a holistic approach to individual growth and empowerment.

Selected participants should expect at completion of Circle of Sisters to have an increased understanding of their leadership style, areas of personal growth, and the development of a personalized life plan.

Sisters will participate in group discussions and skills building activities conducted by community and campus supporters including faculty/administrators.    You will be expected to commit to weekly sessions for a full semester to receive a certificate of completion at the closing ceremony.
