While new students are engaged in their orientation session, parents and family members are also invited to attend Parent and Family Orientation during the summer.
Parent and Family Orientation is a time for you to learn about NCCU and how to support your student's success during the college experience. Orientation activities are designed to provide family members with the resources needed to support their new Eagle. Family members are an important part of student success, and with an appropriate support system, you can help your new Eagle soar to new heights!
Expect to attend information sessions with representatives from offices such as the Student Rights and Responsibilities, University Police, Student Health and Counseling, the NCCU Parents and Family Association, and more.
All incoming students must attend one of the following orientation sessions:
June 14-15
June 21-22
June 28-29
July 12-13
July 19-20
July 26-27
More information regarding Summer Orientation will be available on this site in early spring.
